Synopsis

 A DOSE OF COMEDY 2

After 3 successful days of SOLD OUT comedy with Kumar, we couldn’t wait to release the Kraken, we mean… our second Dose! All the better to keep your belly full of laughter and to ensure those abdominal muscles are still alive! We return with a bigger line up to tickle your funny bone.

Loosen up your humour with “Singapore’s answer to Jim Carrey” - our very own Gurmit Singh, a unique personality loved by many. In those unforgettable yellow boots, he made a name for himself as the best in Singapore, JB and some say Batam! He’ll dish out local humour in dosages, just enough to keep you at the edge of your seat.

Stoic, smiley and sexy in their own way! If you don’t know the Ministry of Funny, you will definitely be left mouth-opened by the end of their act. We banged on the humour door to bring Terence Chia and Haresh Tilani, the dynamic duo behind the popular YouTube channel, Ministry of Funny. Their channel is edgy with a lining of comedic genius - the first local channel to tackle controversial social issues through humorous yet thought-provoking videos that have gone viral around the world. This is their debut from online to ‘live’ stage! Hang on for the ride of your life!

What does an Indian, a Filipino and a Singaporean have in common? Find out when Deepak, Orion and Sam See hits the stage. These 3 comedians have been in the stand up comedy circuit for as long as we can remember. From the years up to 2019 BC (Before Covid), they used to serve their brand of humour ever so often on stage, sending audiences into raucous fits of laughter. When asked to jump on the bandwagon for this show, they leaped at the opportunity. Each will surely leave you in stitches with their individual taste of comedy. Come and enjoy triple the humour with them!

So mark your calendar, grab your tickets and head down to the Drama Centre Theatre with your best mates or loved ones! We’re giving you a belly full of laughs to bring home in ‘A Dose of Comedy 2’!
